Coronavirus Business Continuity Plan

20 March 2020

Ethical Screening - Coronavirus Business Continuity Plan

In response to the on-going coronavirus pandemic, Ethical Screening has put a number of measures in place to ensure business continuity. We will ensure that our core services are maintained and that you can continue to contact us for research, client screening and other matters.

All staff are contactable on their normal e-mail addresses, and we have the following communal inboxes which will be monitored by our team:

- For research requests please e-mail researchteam@ethicalscreening.com

- For any other questions please e-mail enquiries@ethicalscreening.com

We have established the following measures to ensure that our business operates as closely as possible to normal, which we will review in-line with government advice:

- Alternating teams in the office to balance minimum contact time while maintaining communication and services.

- Remote working for employees to maintain our research process.

- Prioritisation - we will continue to prioritise client requests for research and information.

If you have any queries about our business contingency plans, please call our offices on 01242 539850, or e-mail researchteam@ethicalscreening.com
